Before you book
What happens on the discovery call?
Thirty minutes over video or phone. You tell me where you are and what you want to change; I ask questions and give you a straight read. By the end you’ll know whether this is the right work for you and whether I’m the right person for it. There’s no pitch and nothing to buy on the call.
Is there any cost or obligation?
None. The call is free and if we don’t continue, that’s the end of it. If I think you need something other than coaching — a clinician, a strength coach, a bookkeeper — I’ll say so.
How quickly will you reply to a message?
Usually within one business day. I work shifts, so occasionally it’s two. If it’s time-sensitive — an interview or test date this week — say so in the subject line and book a call directly rather than waiting on email.
Do you coach in person or online?
Over video call, which is how most clients prefer it — it fits around shift work and family, and for firefighter candidates it doubles as interview practice on camera.
